Carnival of the Griffin

“Good company, good wine, good welcome can make good people”

Henry VIII, Act 1 Scene 4

Pack a medieval picnic lunch and join us for a day of frivolity and fun!

Try your hands at games of skill! Form a small team of 3 and test yourself on the Griffin’s Challenge, a small set of trials to amuse and bemuse any audience! Bring your instruments and wile away the hours, making sweet sounds! Show your arts and try your hands in a making contest! To those skilled in armored combat, rapier, boffer or missile combat, can you rise to the top?

All amidst the leafy green spring, we charge you to break out such a display of pageantry as is not seen often, in celebration of the season, good people and good company!
